Our PE films are 100% recyclable. Depending on the needs, all products of the company can be delivered with flexographic prints with the use of eight colours and fully or selectively varnished. The maximum width of the print is 1300 mm and the repeat length (cut-off ) 1220 mm. The company has its own prepress room, where it produces HD Flexo printing forms. Printing is performed on 1.14 mm thick printing plates made in HD Flexo, Full HD Pixel plus (flat point) and Kodak NX technologies.

Modern production technologies implemented in the factory based on proven solutions of leading companies and our own innovative technologies, as well as the use of raw materials from renowned world producers, enables the production of films with the required properties , established technical parameters and repeatable quality.
In the process of simultaneous co – extrusion of five layers of foil, each of them can be coloured separately, and its physical and chemical properties and raw material
composition can be separately modified. Thanks to this, it is possible to obtain a foil with strictly defined parameters and properties. Our lines for extrusion of five – layer film are equipped with modern computer control systems and control of all production parameters, automatic dosing of up to 30 components, which allows for the production of the highest quality, appropriate and repeatable fi lm parameters.
