Laser-cut bags can be manufactured from Duplex and Triplex laminates. These can be Stabilo, Flat Bottom, or Doypack bags. Duplex and Triplex laminates are used to produce laser-cut bags, with an inner layer made of PE film and outer layers made of MDOPE, PA, PET, or PETmet.
Manufacturing bags from laminates allows for the proper structure to be selected for the packaging needs, and the option of using a barrier layer extends the shelf life of the packaged product. Furthermore, the use of interlayer printing in laminates protects the print from mechanical damage during the packaging, transport, and storage of packaged products, enhancing the packaging’s aesthetics and functionality. The bags are dedicated to the food industry, but are also used for packaging household chemicals, animal feed, artificial fertilizers, all kinds of hygroscopic materials, etc.
