Basic bags can be manufactured from PE tubing, mono PE tape, or Duplex or Triplex laminates, where the sealable layer is always PE.
Bags can be made with a back seal, a fold seal, with a side fold, or as flat bags.
Depending on the customer’s needs and intended applications, bag packaging is made from polyethylene (PE), with color additives and additives that modify physical properties. When using Duplex and Triplex laminates, the outer layers can be made from PE, PP, PA, PET, or PETmet.
Laminating bags allows for the right structure to suit your packaging needs, and the option of using a barrier layer extends the shelf life of the packaged product. Furthermore, the use of interlayer printing in laminates protects the print from mechanical damage during packaging, transport, and storage of packaged products, enhancing the packaging’s aesthetics and functionality. These bags are used for packaging household chemicals, gardening substrates, bark and peat, animal feed, fertilizers, all types of hygroscopic materials, raw materials, etc.
