By simultaneously coextruding five layers of film, each layer can be individually colored, and its physicochemical properties and raw material composition can be individually modified. This allows us to obtain films with precisely defined parameters and properties. Our five-layer film extrusion lines are equipped with modern computer-aided control and monitoring systems for all production parameters, as well as automatic dosing of up to 30 components, enabling the production of films of the highest quality, with accurate and repeatable parameters. Our PE films are 100% recyclable. Depending on your needs, all our products can be supplied with flexographic prints using eight colors and varnished in full or in part. The maximum print width is up to 1300 mm, and the repeat (cut) width is up to 1220 mm. The company has its own prepress facility, where it produces HD Flexo printing plates. Printing is performed on 1.14 mm thick matrices made using HD Flexo, Full HD Pixel plus (flat dot) and Kodak NX technologies.
