We are proud to announce that our company is completing the project “ROSSOPLAST’s Path to the Factory of the Future – Phase I of Transformation in Line with Industry 4.0,” co-financed by the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 program, Priority I: Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Measure 1.2: Automation and Robotization in SMEs.

This project is the first stage of our transformation towards a modern Factory 4.0 – a place where innovation meets technology, and automation and precision support the development of our products and services.

Thanks to the funding, we have implemented an integrated technological line encompassing the cutting, processing, and quality control of film. The new line is based on a Jurmet Master slitter integrated with a laser module, a print inspection system, and an automatic unloading robot. This solution significantly increases the efficiency, accuracy, and level of automation of the entire production process.

This innovation will also enable us to offer modern packaging with laser-guided opening paths, setting a new standard of functionality and convenience for our customers.

The next milestone in ROSSOPLAST’s transformation is the implementation of an ERP system that integrates and streamlines the management of all areas of the company’s operations – from production, through logistics, to customer service.

Thanks to these initiatives, ROSSOPLAST is consistently building its position as a modern, innovative manufacturer, ready for the challenges of Industry 4.0 and the future of the packaging market.
